         Change Please has evolved into a global social enterprise since we launched it, using coffee as a tool to help people experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives. What started as a simple idea to train homeless individuals as baristas has grown into a major movement. In the past year, the program supported 981 people through its barista training and Driving for Change initiative. With its coffee now sold in Sainsbury's and a partnership with Nespresso, Change Please has reached new heights, selling over 4 million cups of coffee.
         In 2023, Nespresso committed £1 million to the initiative, helping fuel its growth even further. It's impact extends beyond coffee—it offers real life-changing support, addressing the homelessness crisis one cup at a time.
